At Realty ONE Group, I collaborated with a team of three to manage ONE Studios, the company’s full in-house production department. ONE Studios produced all video and photography content for Realty ONE Group, Everest Escrow, and Roc Title, supporting the marketing team, franchise division, and education/training department. Our focus was on creating professional digital content that attracted new audiences, engaged clients, and enhanced lead generation.
During my time at Realty ONE Group, I recognized that our agents could benefit from practical video marketing training. To address this, I developed a 30-minute presentation combining Keynote instruction with hands-on guidance using mobile video editing apps. The training was extremely well received, and after rolling it out across California, ONE Studios expanded the program to Nevada and Arizona, ultimately training over 300 real estate agents that year.

THUNDERVISION: (Denver Broncos)
ThunderVision is the in-house live game day production
department at Mile High field for the Denver Broncos and other professional sports teams. In this role, I was responsible for shooting and editing content, creating animations within After Effect and finalizing publications for fan viewing. This was an exciting opportunity to break into the professional sports industry and ultimately led to a 10-season tenure with the Anaheim Ducks.

The Colorado Eagles are a professional minor league ice hockey team based in Loveland, Colorado. During my time with the organization, I created, edited, and delivered motion graphics to support live player tracking and enhance the overall game-day production.
My responsibilities included operating video board graphics, capturing game footage across multiple camera angles, and supplying coaches with high-quality video for performance analysis. This role strengthened my ability to work in a fast-paced, live production environment while combining technical execution with real-time problem-solving.
